These terms and conditions govern your use of iQ Pro, the iQ Pro app, and the services we provide in connection with it. iQ Pro is provided by iQ Stage Solutions Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using iQ Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or services.

You must use iQ Pro lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the app, including any audio, video, lighting, camera, MIDI, or presentation equipment you control, is safe and appropriate for your venue and production.

You must not misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use iQ Pro to break the law or infringe another person's rights.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your account. You retain ownership of content you create or upload using iQ Pro. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the features you choose to use.

Features that require payment are made available after a successful purchase or subscription. Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We may change prices or paid features in the future; changes will not affect a period that you have already paid for. Any cancellation or refund is handled under the applicable store's policies.

iQ Pro, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, belongs to iQ Stage Solutions Ltd or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal or internal production purposes while you comply with these terms. No other rights are transferred to you.

iQ Pro may work with third-party services, platforms, or hardware. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, content, or terms. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences, and compatible equipment needed for your show.

We work to keep iQ Pro available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will update these terms when the service or our legal obligations change and will post the current version on this page.

iQ Pro is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every production. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that protection, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by your equipment, venue, network, or failure to follow safe operating practices.

You may stop using iQ Pro at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we need to protect users, the service, or our legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
